1. Website use
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Worky5 LLC website and its general inquiry, scheduling, and communication features.
Use this website only for lawful purposes.
You may not:
- Misuse website forms
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Interfere with website operation
- Introduce malicious code
- Copy or exploit protected website content unlawfully
- Submit information you are not authorized to share
- Use the website to transmit sensitive patient or medical information
Website content is provided for general business information. It is not medical, legal, financial, privacy, or regulatory advice.
2. Inquiries and service agreements
Submitting an inquiry, scheduling a call, receiving information, or communicating with Worky5 does not by itself:
- Create a client relationship
- Create a service agreement
- Confirm an appointment
- Guarantee acceptance as a client
- Reserve founding-client availability
- Guarantee pricing
- Guarantee implementation timing
- Guarantee any business result
Paid services require a separate written service agreement.
The applicable service agreement controls matters including:
- Final scope
- Deliverables
- Client responsibilities
- Payment and billing
- Usage allowances and additional charges
- Approvals
- Access
- Website and system ownership
- Transfers
- Cancellation
- Refund terms, if any
- Third-party services
- Service-specific legal responsibilities
If a signed service agreement conflicts with a general description on this website, the signed service agreement controls the purchased service.
3. Founding-client offer
The founding-client offer is limited to Worky5's first five signed clients.
The total implementation fee is $1,000, divided into two payments:
- $500 due at signup
- The remaining $500 due after the completed system has been reviewed with and approved by the client, before activation and launch
The monthly service is $397 per month.
The first monthly payment begins 30 days after signup and continues monthly while the service remains active.
The remaining $500 implementation payment is the unpaid balance of the original $1,000 implementation fee. It is not an additional or optional fee.
Availability is confirmed before signup.
Phone, SMS, email, and other usage allowances or additional charges will be defined in the client service agreement before purchase.
Not every requested customization, website page, campaign, integration, automation, or feature is included.
Pricing for clients after the first five signed clients has not been finalized and is not promised by this page.
4. Implementation and client responsibilities
For founding clients, Worky5 targets preparation of the agreed system for launch within 30 calendar days after receiving all required:
- Content
- Account access
- Business information
- Service selections
- Approvals
- Technical cooperation
- Other requested materials
This is an implementation target, not a guaranteed completion deadline.
The implementation period may be affected by:
- Delayed client responses
- Missing information
- Requested changes
- Domain or DNS changes
- Telephone-number porting
- A2P registration
- Carrier review
- Google Business Profile access
- External platform availability
- Third-party approval
- Work outside the approved scope
The client remains responsible for:
- The accuracy of its business information
- Approval of content and messaging
- Personal replies to prospective patients
- Consultations
- Scheduling
- Selling
- Patient care
- Legal contact eligibility
- Appropriate consent
- Approval of review-request recipients
- Manual booking-status updates when external systems are not integrated
- Lawful operation of its practice
Worky5's systems support the client's team. They do not replace the client's professional judgment, staff, consultation process, selling, scheduling, or patient care.
5. Outcomes and AI-assisted drafts
Worky5 does not guarantee:
- A specific number of inquiries
- A specific number of appointments
- A specific number of patients
- A specific number of reviews
- A particular rating
- Search-engine rankings
- Google visibility
- Messaging-carrier approval
- Third-party platform approval
- Revenue
- Profitability
- Business growth
- Uninterrupted operation of external services
Results may depend on factors outside Worky5's control, including:
- Website traffic
- Market demand
- Location
- Competition
- Pricing
- Services offered
- Staff availability
- Response speed
- Sales performance
- Consultation performance
- Reputation
- Client participation
- Third-party platforms
AI-assisted review-response drafts require appropriate human oversight and may contain errors.
Team-reviewed or client-reviewed publishing is the standard unless another process is expressly approved in writing.
"5-Star" describes Worky5's service standard and reputation-management system. It does not promise that a practice will receive only five-star reviews or achieve a particular rating.
6. Website Chat Widget
The Worky5 website may include a staff-led Website Chat Widget or inquiry form.
Submitting an inquiry through the widget or a form does not guarantee:
- An immediate response
- An automatic text message
- A scheduled appointment
- Acceptance as a client
- A particular result
Submitting a telephone number alone does not authorize every type of text message.
SMS consent must be obtained through an appropriate separate opt-in process when required.
Do not use the Website Chat Widget or a general website form to submit passwords, payment-card information, patient records, medical information, or other sensitive information.
7. Worky5 LLC text-message program
When a person separately and affirmatively opts in, Worky5 LLC may send text messages concerning:
- Responses to submitted inquiries
- Requested consultation scheduling
- Requested information about Worky5 services
- Service-related updates
- Worky5 offers or promotional information when separate promotional consent has been provided
Message frequency varies according to the person's interactions and selected message categories.
Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing Worky5 services or submitting a general inquiry.
Consent for one message category does not authorize unrelated marketing messages.
Worky5 may use automated technology to deliver messages after the recipient has provided the applicable consent.
8. Unsubscribe and assistance
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from text messages.
Worky5 LLC may send one final message confirming the opt-out request. No additional messages from that program will be sent unless the recipient provides a new valid opt-in.
Reply HELP for assistance or contact:
Email: martin@worky5.com
Phone: +1 813-729-6629
Recipients may opt in again only through a new valid opt-in process or another method approved for the applicable messaging program.
9. Message delivery and privacy
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message delivery depends on third-party networks, carriers, platforms, devices, and services outside Worky5 LLC's control.
Worky5 cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered or received.
The Worky5 Privacy Policy explains how personal information, mobile information, and messaging consent are collected, used, processed, and protected.
Do not text:
- Sensitive medical information
- Diagnoses
- Treatment records
- Financial account information
- Payment-card information
- Passwords
- Account-access credentials
10. Reviews and reputation services
Worky5's reputation services are intended to help eligible businesses request honest feedback and manage review activity professionally.
Worky5 does not:
- Guarantee five-star reviews
- Guarantee a specific rating
- Guarantee a specific review count
- Guarantee improved rankings
- Remove legitimate negative reviews
- Prevent people from leaving negative reviews
- Require positive feedback
- Offer incentives in exchange for reviews
- Support review gating or sentiment-based public-review routing
Clients remain responsible for confirming that contacts are eligible to receive review requests and that required permissions have been obtained.
A review-link click does not prove that a review was submitted.
Review attribution may not identify every review or reviewer.
11. External platforms
Worky5 may use or connect with external platforms for website hosting, forms, scheduling, customer management, telephone service, messaging, automation, analytics, Google Business Profile functionality, and reputation management.
External platforms:
- Operate under their own terms and policies
- May change their services
- May experience interruptions
- May reject registrations or connections
- May modify pricing
- May suspend or restrict accounts
- May discontinue features
Worky5 does not control the availability, policies, approval decisions, or uninterrupted operation of unaffiliated external platforms.
12. Website ownership and service termination
Website ownership, project transfer, access, hosting, connected services, and post-termination responsibilities are governed by the applicable signed service agreement.
When provided under the applicable Worky5 service agreement, a client whose account is paid in full may be eligible to request transfer of its completed, customized production website project.
Following an approved transfer, the client may become responsible for:
- Platform subscriptions
- Hosting
- Domain connections
- Maintenance
- Updates
- Third-party charges
- Connected services
A website-project transfer does not automatically include Worky5's:
- Master templates
- Demo projects
- Internal processes
- Reusable systems
- Agency automations
- GoHighLevel snapshots
- Reputation platform
- Third-party licenses
- Rights to resell or redistribute underlying materials
The applicable signed service agreement controls the precise transfer rights and responsibilities.
13. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated in a signed service agreement, the Worky5 website and its original content, branding, organization, graphics, text, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Worky5 LLC.
You may view the website for legitimate personal or business evaluation.
You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, republish, scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected Worky5 materials without authorization.
Third-party names, trademarks, software, images, fonts, and services remain the property of their respective owners.
14. Website availability and accuracy
Worky5 attempts to keep its website and service descriptions accurate and available.
However, website content may contain errors, become outdated, or be temporarily unavailable.
Worky5 may:
- Correct errors
- Update content
- Modify service descriptions
- Change website features
- Suspend website access
- Remove outdated information
Changes to general website content do not automatically modify an existing signed service agreement.
15. Changes to these terms
Worky5 may update these Terms & Conditions when its website, services, technology, messaging program, or legal obligations change.
The "Last updated" date identifies the current version.
Changes to a signed service agreement must follow the applicable agreement. Updating these website Terms does not automatically replace or modify a signed client agreement.
